Once a design has been established, we conduct an in-depth quantitative analysis to minimize development costs and turnaround time. In collaboration with suppliers and customers, we finalize the design through a validation and review process to ensure that the product meets all specifications and intended uses.
RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS
All Martintek USA products are developed using proven design principles backed by empirical evidence and extensive research. Each fabric undergoes rigorous physical, chemical, ballistic, stab, slash, and environmental testing to determine their strength, elongation, air permeability, flexibility, shrinkage, moisture, shear, compression, and pH.
It is only through this exhaustive testing and experimentation process that we are able to realize critical fabric and process innovations.
